I’ve never considered using AI to help organise the thoughts and lists in my head into actionable steps. I’m a writer at heart so absolutely against using it to write. But as a business owner (solo - wearing all the hats) actually it sounds like it could be very useful.

Julia it has been an absolute game changer for me - there’s a lot of unnecessary shame attached to it especially from writers but we can wholeheartedly choose to not use it for any writing and choose to use it to help with mental load - safe space to organise thoughts and to dos - let me know if you give it a try and how you get on 😍

My husband is really into using ‘Chat’, as we now call him, in this way. I have seen how focused he’s becoming with this tool to support him. I use it randomly - odd question, bit of support around decision-making. Maybe more in the future. Like you, I’m generally leaning in, though, not away x

Thanks for sharing Annie. It was my first time 'really' using it for consecutive days. It is really working for me especially for organising thoughts and priorities, decision making and general perspective (the other day it said no Katie you won't be able to achieve all of that in one day based on all the other things you've told me are happening today) as well as practical things. It suits my working brain style as I can articulate with words what I'm thinking/worrying about and kind of hash things out. 😍
